Statement from the Claimant

As a retirement-age investor exhausted by two years of delay, I created this case page to document systemic issues that have obstructed cross-border justice in my efforts to recover lost assets.

The Public Annex Framework was born out of necessity, not protest, after all private attempts at resolution failed. I continue to hope for closure, not conflict.

I welcome constructive support, including from Swiss ombudsman bodies, legal professionals, or those with relevant insights. I remain open to revising or withdrawing this content if meaningful engagement or resolution becomes possible.

This is not about blame. It’s about survival.

  • And procedural obstruction post-liquidation through data withholding and denial of transaction records.
