The Public Annex Framework is a claimant-authored platform built to expose systemic barriers to justice in complex, cross-border financial disputes. It enables individuals to publicly publish annexes, evidence narratives, or discovery histories tied to unresolved civil claims, especially where traditional paths have failed or stalled.

This site does not represent any single case. Instead, it provides infrastructure for lawful, public-interest accountability within the boundaries of Swiss civil law.
